ZD320Y-1 Bulldozers are manufactured according to the imported technology of Komatsu D155-1A in 1979.1. Imported lots of advanced key equipment from Japan, Spain and Germany, including CNC process-center, CNC hob gear sharpening machines, CNC whetting gear sharpening machine, horny alloy hob grinding machine, welding robot and CNC cutting machine, heat-treat oven, electronic scan microscope of 100,000 multiple, torsional spanner checker etc. to assure high quality. 2. Spare parts are manufactured and tested according to Komatsu KES standard. Fixed factories appointed by the metallurgy ministry of China produce the key materials and parts and the quality & property even exceed KES standard.
